Telemedicine visit with a Family Nurse Practitioner for simple, low-complexity acute concerns. This visit is intended for one minor issue and limited evaluation. Common conditions may include: • Allergies • Insect bites or stings • Cold sores • Nausea or upset stomach • Pink eye • Simple urinary symptoms • Upper respiratory symptoms (cold-like symptoms) Prescriptions may be sent to a local pharmacy when appropriate. ⚠️ This visit is not intended for chronic condition management or medication refills.

Medical Weight Management Consult — Oral Medication Comprehensive telemedicine evaluation for patients interested in oral prescription weight-management treatment. Includes review of medical history, current medications, weight history, treatment goals, contraindications, and available treatment options. When medically appropriate, an oral medication prescription may be sent to the patient’s preferred local or retail pharmacy. Medication cost is not included and is paid directly to the pharmacy. Patients may use their insurance for medication coverage when applicable. Laboratory testing may be ordered when clinically indicated and is not included in the consultation fee.

Management Follow-Up — Pharmacy Rx. For established prescription weight management patients who get oral medication sent to local pharmacy. This telemedicine follow-up includes review of progress, medication effectiveness and tolerance, side effects, and treatment adjustments as medically appropriate. Prescriptions/refills may be sent to your local pharmacy when clinically indicated. Additional labs may be ordered if needed and are not included in the visit fee. IMPORTANT: This visit is for patients whose weight management medication is filled through a local/retail pharmacy. If you are enrolled in one of our injection weight management programs, do not book this service—your follow-up visits are already included with your program.
